Monday Madness with new projects

I attended a calligraphy class not too long ago and I have a special project in mind so I had to buy gold ink meant for calligraphy. I need to try it out and I might share my impressions and ideas for cards using this ink :)

Ne tako dolgo nazaj sem se udeležila kaligrafske delavnice v Rayher Ljubljana. Trenutno moram na hitro preizkusiti svoje pridobljeno znanje, vendar sem morala za to kupiti zlat tuš. Malo ga moram preizkusiti, pa se morda spomnim še kakšne ideje za uporabo na voščilnicah in jo delim z vami.

Friday Fun with Painted Flowers

Sometimes you just need to stamp and have some fun. That is not hard with this stamp set from Altenew :)

Vsake toliko časa moraš preprosto odtisniti kakšno stvar in se pri tem zabavati. Ta set štampiljk od Altenew je kot nalašč ravno za to :)

Work Time Wednesday Watercolouring

I just can't get enough of Flora and Fauna 2 stamp set from Wplus9. It's the perfect set to watercolour and so I did just that. I used Distress ink and made my own palette.

Ne morem se naveličati Flora and Fauna 2 seta štampiljk od Wplus9. Motivi so idealni za akvarel in točno to sem danes naredila. Za barvanje sem uporabila Distress blazinice.

Playing with Hero Arts Background Technique Pieces

Last week I made a couple of background pieces and I used Distress Ink and blended lighter shade on a piece of cardstock and then clear heat embossed Hero Arts background stamp over that. After heating it I used the darker shade and blended it all over the background. For this one I used Squeezed Lemonade and Abandoned Coral. I made two cards by cutting a circle out of the background piece. 

Prejšnji teden sem naredila dve ozadji s pomočjo Distress blazinic in štampiljk za ozadje Hero Arts. Najprej sem senčila kos kartona s svetlejšim odtenkom Distress blazinice in nato preko s prozornim embosirnim prahom odtisnila Hero Arts ozadje. Celotno ozadje sem nato senčila s temnejšim odtenkom Distress blazinice. Današnje ozadje sem naredila s Squeezed Lemonade in Abandoned Coral Distress blazinico. Z njegovo pomočjo sem naredila dve voščilnici, saj sem iz osnove izrezala krog in tako uporabila negativ in pozitiv.

Monday Madness All Over the Place

It's not just my desk that is all over the place, it's also my head :) Weather is finally geting warmer and I like it :)

Ni samo moja miza v totalnem neredu, enako je v moji glavi :) Temperature so končno malo višje in več je sončka, kar mi je izjemno všeč :)
